Expedia honors Gloria Thalasso & Hotels for its 2016 successes!

We finish the year with good news! Last November, the online travel agency Expedia.com recognized its most successful collaborators of the year. Gloria Thalasso & Hotels was among them winning the “Best Competitive Chain 2016” to the chain with better access to inventory in a competitive way in the Canary Islands; and the “Gran Canaria Top Producer  2016”, awarded to Gloria Palace San Agustín for being the best producer on  stay nights in Gran Canaria. With these two mentions, Gloria Thalasso & Hotels ended up as the only chain awarded with two different prizes!

Founded by Microsoft in 2001, Expedia was awarded the “Webby Award” in 2006 for Best Travel Web and a “Stevie Award”  by the American Business Association for the “Most Innovative Company”. Today, almost 20 years after its birth, it is consolidated as a leader in the segment.

This is undoubtedly  a step forward in our commitment to the diversification of our online distribution, while we continuing working on the traditional channels…
