All hotels have free parking except Gloria Izaro Club Hotel. Please ask about the surcharge at reception.
Are pets allowed?
Pets of up to 5 kg. allowed at Gloria Palace San Agustín and Gloria Palace Amadores (surcharge applies). Dogs are not allowed in common areas. Please check with the hotel before booking. Pets not allowed at Gloria Palace Royal and Gloria Izaro Club Hotel.
We allow access to assistance dogs for people with disabilities, but they must be dogs trained in specialised centres that accompany people with visual, hearing or any other disability, or dogs that are included in assisted therapy projects.
Are the swimming pools heated?
The swimming pools are heated during the winter months.
Are pool towels available?
Pool towels are available for free having paid a refundable deposit. Charge only applies for towel changes (except at Gloria Palace Royal, where changes are free).
Are safety deposit boxes available?
They are available subject to paying a surcharge and a refundable deposit. No deposit required at Gloria Palace Royal.
Is luggage storage available?
Luggage storage is available for free until check-in and/or after check-out.
Do you have dishes suitable for guests with food allergies or intolerances?
We have different dishes available for guests with food allergies and intolerances in our main buffet. Please ask the maître d’ on arrival.
Can I request an early check-in or late check-out?
Yes. They are available by paying a surcharge and subject to availability. Please check at reception on the day you wish to enjoy this service.

Gloria Palace San Agustín: 600 yds. from San Agustín Beach (free bus services to Maspalomas Beach and Playa del Inglés at different times between 10.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m.).
Gloria Palace Amadores: 300 yds. from Puerto Rico Beach and 500 yds. from Amadores Beach.
Gloria Palace Royal: 200 yds. from Amadores Beach.

Is access to the chill-out terrace and pool area on the 9th floor of Gloria Palace San Agustín included in the room price?
Guests must pay a surcharge to access these areas. Over 16s only.
What are the minors age ranges for bookings?
Babies — Up to 24 months (baby cot must be added as an extra, no charge applies)
Minors — 2-12 years old.
Minors aged 13+ are considered adults.
Is there an entertainment service?
We have daytime and evening entertainment programmes for minors, teenagers and adults.
Mini Club (children under the age of 4 must be accompanied by an adult).
Do you offer gala dinners?
Christmas Gala Dinner: only offered at Gloria Palace Royal. New Year’s Eve Gala Dinner: offered at Gloria Palace San Agustín, Gloria Palace Amadores and Gloria Palace Royal. Please check special activities programme at reception.

What is the description of Family rooms?
In Gloria Palace San Agustín, they are rooms with two bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed and the other bedroom with two single beds. Max. capacity: 4 adults + 1 child + 1 baby. No sea views.
Do you have accessible rooms?
Our four hotels have accessible rooms for guests with reduced mobility. Available on advance request and subject to availability.
Do you accept special requests?
You can request a special service at reception. These are subject to availability and not confirmed before the guest’s arrival.
Do you have non-smoking premises?
All our premises are non-smoking.

At our outlets (restaurant, snack bar…), only electronic payments and/or room charges will be accepted. Cash payments will continue to be valid exclusively at our reception, as well as at the following points:
