Description of All-Inclusive Premium Service:

Free use of the safe in the room during the stay. Deposit required Premium drinks including a selection of national and international brands. Personalized attention: table service by qualified staff in all restaurants and bars. Extended hours: from 10:00h to 01:00h during the stay Until 18:00h on the day of departure (as an advantage for booking through our website and for stays of minimum 4 nights, the All Inclusive service does not include the use of the room, which must be vacated before 12:00h) Special discounts: 30% discount on drinks and meals excluded from the Premium All Inclusive package. Gastronomic Offer: Non-alcoholic beverages such as water, soft drinks, processed juices, coffee and tea. Alcoholic beverages such as national or local beer, standard wine, white, red or rose wine, cocktails and a selection of liquors from international and national brands available from 10:00h to 01:00h at bars designated by the hotel. Water, soft drinks, national or local beer and standard wine, white, red or rose during the lunch and dinner buffet at the Main Restaurant. Breakfast buffet at the main restaurant (08:00h-10:30h). Lunch buffet at the main restaurant (13:00h-15:30h). Dinner buffet at the main restaurant (18:30h-21:30h). Snacks such as hot dogs, hamburgers, french fries, sandwiches, salad buffets and pizzas available from 10:00h to 18:30h. Ice cream in cones, available at bars designated by the hotel. Cake of the day available from 15:30h to 17:00h at bars designated by the hotel.

Remarks:

Any hotel service not included in the above will be provided outside of the “Premium All Inclusive” program and therefore charged to the client (telephone, room service, laundry service, minibar, etc.). Also excluded are the services of the Paseo Bar, Thalasso center, and sports facilities.

Your All-Inclusive contract is valid from 12:00 on the day of arrival until 18:00* on the day of departure (*does not include the use of the room, which must be vacated before 12:00).

Customers must sign the bills for their respective consumption (even those consumed within the Premium All-Inclusive) as a measure of internal control.

This service is personal and non-transferable, and any invitation to third parties will be charged to the room.

Guests must wear, throughout their stay, the identification bracelet and room card necessary for control and correction in the service by our staff.
