The largest tour operator in Europe has recently awarded three of the chain’s hotels its prestigious TUI QUALITY HOTEL Award.
Europe’s largest tour operator has recently awarded 3 of the chain’s hotels with its outstanding TUI QUALITY HOTEL Award.
The award is given to hotels that have been rated first class and have scored at least 8.7 out of 10 points in TUI’s customer satisfaction survey.
The hotels honoured with the iconic award were:
*Gloria Palace Royal Hotel & Spa (Gran Canaria) with 9,1
*Gloria Palace Amadores Thalasso & Hotel (Gran Canaria) with 8,7
*Gloria Izaro Club Hotel (Lanzarote) with a 10
In order to be eligible for this award, the hotels must also be certified with the TRAVELIFE sustainability programme.
Gloria Palace Royal Hotel & Spa, reopened its doors last August 1st and will remain open all year round.
